Ms. Hall is in charge of the firm’s government group. She is an expert in the accounting issues that directly impact state and local governments and school districts.

Her experience includes financial statement audits, single audits, GAAP conversions, GASB 34 conversions, and CAFRs for various municipalities, school districts, and not-for-profit agencies. She is responsible for audit procedures from preliminary planning and fieldwork to the issuance of financial statements and management recommendation letters.

She is also responsible for the planning and performance of A-133 and program-specific audits, and issuance of the related reports on internal controls over compliance requirements, compliance with terms and provisions of awards, and findings noted during audits.

Ms. Hall is a SRC (Special Review Committee) Reviewer for the Government Finance Officers Association. She is responsible for reviewing numerous CAFRs each year.
