Mr. Troyer is the Partner-in-Charge of Ciuni & Panichi’s Audit and Accounting Services Group.  His many years of public accounting experience include working directly with owners and management of small privately-held companies of $3 million in sales to large consolidated entities with sales of $800 million.  Prior to joining Ciuni & Panichi in 2001, Mr. Troyer worked to the position of senior manager for an international “Big 4” accounting firm.  In addition, he has industry experience with a large publicly-held manufacturing company.

As a result of his strong audit background, Mr. Troyer has an understanding of complex financial reporting areas such as inventory cost accounting, purchase accounting, accounting for investments, bond arbitrage, consolidations, provision for income taxes, and long-term contract revenue recognition methods, among others.

Mr. Troyer has significant experience in the following industries:
